Sound familiar?

These aren't quirks.
They're fixable problems.

Most homeowners live with these issues for years before realizing the solution is straightforward. We check everything in one visit.

Upstairs Is Unbearable in Summer

If the second floor is 10–15° warmer than the main floor, your attic insulation is the problem — not your HVAC.

Cold Bedrooms in Winter

Exterior walls without insulation turn bedrooms into iceboxes. Dense pack insulation changes that fast.

Drafts You Can't Track Down

Most drafts come from air leaks around top plates, electrical penetrations, and attic hatches — not windows.

HVAC Running Constantly

Your system works overtime because conditioned air is leaking out faster than it can keep up. Sealing and insulating fixes the source.

Old, Thin, or Settled Insulation

Insulation compresses over time and loses R-value. Homes built before 2000 almost always need more.

Poor Attic Ventilation

Blocked soffits and missing baffles trap heat and moisture, shortening roof life and making the whole house harder to cool.

Not sure which applies to you? We'll figure it out together.

What We Actually Do

A thorough look,
start to finish.

Our inspection isn't a sales call. It's a genuine look at how your home is performing — so any work we recommend is grounded in what we actually found.

01

Measure Attic Square Footage

We map out the full attic area to calculate material needs accurately — no guessing, no inflated estimates.

02

Check Existing Insulation Depth & R-Value

We probe your current insulation in multiple spots to get an honest read on what you actually have — and what you need.

03

Inspect Air Leakage Points

We check top plates, electrical penetrations, plumbing chases, recessed lights, and attic hatch seals — the spots most inspectors skip.

04

Count Baffles & Assess Ventilation

Proper ventilation protects your roof and prevents moisture buildup. We confirm baffles are in place and soffits are clear.

05

Inspect Attic Hatch & Access

The hatch is often the biggest air leak in the house. We check insulation, weatherstripping, and whether it actually seals.

06

Inspect Exterior Walls Where Needed

For rooms that run cold or hot regardless of HVAC, we assess wall cavities for hollow spots, settled fill, or missing insulation.

07

Clear Written Scope & Quote

Every inspection ends with a written summary of what we found, what we recommend, and exactly what it costs. No vague estimates.

What We Do

Residential insulation,
done properly.

We don't do commercial, new construction, or a dozen other things. We do residential insulation — and we do it well.

01

Attic Insulation

Blown-in & Batts

We install blown-in cellulose or fiberglass insulation to bring your attic up to the R-49 target for our climate zone — or as close as your space allows. Every job starts with air sealing first.

Most impactful upgrade for comfort & energy use
02

Wall Insulation

Dense Pack

We drill small holes in your exterior walls, blow in dense-pack insulation, and patch clean. No major renovation required. Ideal for cold bedrooms, drafty rooms, or older homes with hollow walls.

Minimal disruption, lasting results
03

Air Sealing

Top Plates & Penetrations

Air sealing is often more valuable than insulation alone. We seal around electrical boxes, plumbing penetrations, top plates, dropped ceilings, and any other attic bypasses before adding insulation.

Required step before new insulation
04

Baffles & Ventilation

Soffit to Ridge

Baffles keep soffit vents clear so fresh air can move through your attic. Without them, blown insulation blocks the intake and creates moisture and heat problems. We install them right the first time.

Protects your roof and insulation investment
05

Insulation Removal

Old, Damaged, or Contaminated

Old blown insulation with rodent damage, moisture staining, or simply too many years of compaction sometimes needs to come out before new material goes in. We handle removal cleanly and completely.

Full removal & disposal included

We do this
differently.

Big companies route your call to whoever's available. We show up ourselves, measure twice, and tell you the truth about what your home needs.

Family Owned & Operated

There's no franchise behind us, no national call center, and no subcontractors you've never met. You deal with us directly — from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Clear Measurements, Written Quotes

We don't estimate from the driveway or give ranges. We measure the space, check what's there, and hand you a specific number in writing before any work begins.

No Pressure, Ever

The inspection is free, and the quote is yours to keep. If you decide to go another direction, that's fine — we're not going to follow up five times or manufacture urgency.

Built Around Comfort & Health

Properly insulated and air-sealed homes don't just feel better — they have fewer allergens, less dust infiltration, and more consistent air quality. That matters to us too.

Local. We Know This Climate.

Northeast Ohio winters are real. We know what R-value targets matter here, what moisture issues to watch for, and what our neighbors' homes actually need.
